Order details such as garment types, special instructions, and service history help us fulfil your request accurately.

We use your information to schedule pickups, process orders, communicate updates, handle support requests, and improve service quality.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with operational partners (such as logistics or payment processors) when necessary to complete your order.

We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding bookings, delivery status, and important service notices.

You can ask us to limit marketing messages anytime by writing to care@fabrigenie.in. Operational messages about active orders may still be sent.

We take reasonable measures to protect customer information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

Order and contact records are retained as needed for service fulfilment, accounting, and legal compliance, then securely disposed of when no longer required.

We follow fabric-safe cleaning processes and quality checks before delivery. If something does not meet our standard, please report it within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve it.

Special requests (express service, delicate finishing, or stain treatment) should be shared at booking for best results.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational requirements.
