FabriGenie provides laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, shoe care, leather care, and home furnishing cleaning services with free doorstep pickup and delivery in eligible Pune areas.

By scheduling a pickup or placing an order via our website, WhatsApp, or phone, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and authorised to request service for the garments provided.

You are responsible for accurately describing special care needs, stains, or delicate items during booking or at pickup.

We inspect garments during collection and processing. If an item appears high-risk, heavily damaged, or unsuitable for our process, we may refuse service or request your confirmation before continuing.

Please remove valuables from pockets before handover. FabriGenie is not responsible for loss of items left inside garments.

Prices are based on service type, garment category, and any add-ons confirmed with you. Final billing may be updated after inspection if additional treatment is required.

Payment is due as communicated at booking or delivery. We may withhold delivery until outstanding balances are cleared.

Most orders are completed within 24–72 hours depending on service type, garment condition, and volume. Express options, if offered, may carry additional charges.

Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, force majeure, or complex stain treatment. We will notify you if timelines change materially.

We take reasonable care in handling garments. Liability for loss or damage attributable to FabriGenie is limited to the lower of (a) the declared value of the item or (b) a maximum of 10× the cleaning charge for that item, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are not liable for colour bleed, shrinkage, or wear resulting from fabric quality, manufacturer defects, or pre-existing damage when processed using standard industry methods.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
