Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled pickup free of charge if you notify us before our rider is dispatched or arrives at your doorstep.

Cancellations after collection may not be eligible for a full refund once processing has started.

If garments have already entered cleaning, pressing, or finishing, charges for work completed may still apply.

If we cannot complete your order due to an issue on our side, we will offer a reprocess or a suitable refund for the affected items.

If you are unsatisfied with cleaning quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos if possible.

Eligible cases may be resolved through free reprocessing. Refunds are considered when reprocessing is not feasible or does not resolve the issue.

Report suspected loss or damage immediately upon delivery. Claims are reviewed against our inspection notes and Terms & Conditions liability limits.

Approved refunds or compensation are processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed channel.

Refunds are generally not available for completed services accepted without timely complaint, or for issues arising from undeclared stains, fragile fabrics, or manufacturer defects.

Promotional discounts already applied may adjust the refundable amount for partial cancellations.

Approved refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Banking timelines may vary.
